note:pulled ligament results in blood loss.not excessive though.

as you can see,i pulled the BLOODAYE ligament on my foot...and as my parents' 'home therapy' didn't work,i had to go find a professional,namely a sinseh.

so,i step into the sinseh place,thinking that all the sinseh gonna do was to rub my foot and give me a 'ba zang leg' but to my upmost disappointment,he decided to POKE! my foot with a needle.but this ain't the end of it.

i let him POKE! my foot,expecting it to feel like how it felt the last time when i sprained my ankle,but boy was i SO WRONG.he POKED! and it started to hurt and i kicked the wall with my right leg..soon,he pulled it out and before you could say 'man,watcha trying to do?' he POKED! it in again!!n this time,my left foot started to feel numb and then he tried to 'lightly' push my toe,i yelled i tell you.felt as though he was amputating my foot when i'm obviously conscious.but to my surprise,my foot went back to normal and i could walk normally again!seriously,this whole sinseh thing is plain crazy,but it works so,oh well.

that's all for my horrifying yet fufilling experience at the sinseh,though i'm gonna make it a point NEVER to go back there again.oh gee.
