Apparently the event held downstairs last night was some celebration for the Keat Hong area.And today there's a malay wedding being held downstairs.It's sure a noisy weekend.But honestly,I don't mind the malay wedding.Cos' their songs sound better and they're less rowdy.


Weather's starting to get a lil' warmer lately and I've yet to sort out my closet.Got loads of clothes that I've outgrown and some bottoms that are too loose to be worn.Maybe I could organise a garage sale or something.Never know,there might be people out there that want them.At most I'd get some that I think are worth some cash and have my cousin post them on her blog shop for me.Ah,money,money,money.

I'm hoping my zits recover by tomorrow night.Else I'd seriously consider wearing a mask out and pretend I'm some emo kid.Maybe I could pair it up with a hoodie and go all the way.Emo-supremo.

Woke up around 14 20 after going back to sleep at around 10 00.My left eye has been weird lately.Like,I've been waking up with my left eye having double-eyelids for the past few days.And trust me,it made my eyes look like this: O.o ,which is really,ugly.


It's pouring out there and staring at my living room windows makes me feel as though I'm in a car wash.Up-sized.It's not too chilly though,so I'm pretty alright,considering the fact that I'm indoors and dry.

Earlier on,I watched some movie on the Hallmark channel.The Cantoville Ghost or something.I just know it's about a ghost named Sir Simon that's haunting a palace cos' he drove his wife to madness and then was "punished" by his wife's family after his wife's death.It was quite Shakespeare-ish movie,with all the 'thou','thy','shalt' and the list goes on.It wasn't a bad movie though,to be honest.Apart from the,not-so-convincing ghost,it actually had quite a touching storyline.At least it made me go,"Awwww.So sweet."

So the conclusion is that,literature films aren't all bad.They do make some sense.

Finally got meet Yuhui after such a long time.We hung out at jec for awhile and Jojo came over after work.Chit-chat for abit then we split to head home.

I walked home from Lot 1 since it stopped raining long time ago.And as I was nearing home,I looked up at the skies with "How To Save A Life" playing in my ears and saw a beautiful view.

Well,I suppose it'd look better if you see it for yourself.But honestly,I think it was the song that made the whole atmostphere really pretty.

And I saw this really good-looking SMRT staff at Jurong East station today.Like,REALLY GOOD-LOOKING.Somehow there are always eye-candies in the most unexpected places.Since I always had an impression that SMRT staff were all middle-aged people.Guess I was wrong.

Honestly now I think that bugs that fly are like,STUPID.



First it was that flying cockroach.And earlier on,it was a bee.

It buzzed around the windows and then landed on the sills,with continuous attempt to "get out" of the window.My mum tried to help it but before she would do anything,it did a belly flop and flew away.

Minutes later,it flew back to another window,flew in and had trouble getting out again.With the buzzing sound of the bee irritating the crap out of me,I alerted my mum about the bee and so we decided to use a pole to push the window open to free the bee but somehow,it decided to grow some brains and figured its way out.

Hopefully that's the last of flying insects I'd see this week/month.I'm seriously don't take a liking to insects that much.Gives me the creeps.

I HATE FLYING COCKROACHES.

Specially when they decide to fly all the way up to the 14th storey and into my living room.

At first this single flying cockroach flew around the living room windows and as I was desperately hoping that it wouldn't fly in,it flew in and got itself caught in the curtains.Sigh of relief.

Then later in the night at about 11 45,it somehow struggled free from the curtains,climbed up to the top of the windows and did a approx. 45 degree dive down unto on the carpets right beneath the coffee table.And that's when my mum and I freaked out.

So I suggested waking my dad up to rid of the darn thing but my mum thought it wouldn't be nice.And so I made another suggestion,which was to grab the baygon and tackle the cockroach.

My mum grabbed the baygon and passed it to me,urging me to spray the cockroach with it.So with the big cushion as my shield and the baygon as my weapon of choice(I didn't really have a choice anyway),I pressed forward towards the carpets and flooded the cockroach with the baygon.TWICE.It kinda flopped over on the second round and then we left it as it is.

It was pronounced dead by my mum this morning.And my dad thought we killed a bee.but it was actually just a big,fat,black cockroach.

End of my disgusting encounter with the flying cockroach.I'm off to munch on something.Morgan's coming.

P.S:My mum looks like an imitation of Robin(from Batman and Robin) as she walks around the house with a green 'cape' to prevent hair dye from staining her clothes.I love my mum.

Went out with jojo today.first to the clinic then to town to look for wendy and ruth!!clarissa was there too.boy,it's been such a long time since I last saw them.I REALLY MISS 4-11 ALOT.

Left taka around 5 plus to go meridian to meet up with jojo's friends and then we did the usual;sat at starbucks till around 07 26.Cabbed home for dinner(only me).

Oh,I bumped into dean at jurong east and then all he said to me was,"Oh,hello."KNS.

But at least he called me after that,so yeah,not that bad after all.

It's Good Friday tomorrow!!at least I won't wake up to an empty house tomorrow,I hope.

TOO MUCH SLEEP MAKES QIMIN A CRANKY KID.

Now I've got no idea what I want.

It's the small,light-weight one from HP and I think it's really cute.well,at least it's light enough for me to carry to school everyday.

And while we were waiting for the IT peeps to finish configuring(is this the right word?) my laptop,we snapped.as usual.

Obviously my skin hasn't fully recovered yet and I'm having a bad hair day.and as you can see,I'm not too happy about it.

Alright,unhappy stuff aside,while I was sitting in the auditorium,I kinda found that the guy in there doing my laptop was pretty funny.

Guy:Hello,is this Qi Min?

Me:Uh,yeah.

Guy:Ya,you can come and collect your laptop in the auditorium already.

Me:Yeah,okay.

Guy:Yeah.

Me:Yeaaaah.

(Guy realises that I was sitting in the auditorium and staring at him.)

Guy:Hahahaha.okay.

Me:Yup yup.

Okay,it probably makes no sense but I kinda thought it was funny at that point of time.

Cos' I'm planning to spend the rest of this week alone and at home unless I must go out to get something done.like going back to SP tomorrow to get my laptop!!I get so excited at the mere thought of it.

I do not wish to have sleeping disorders but honestly,I think my quality of sleep is crap.

Take today for example: I slept at 04 16 cos' I was trying to finish reading my library book(the Tom Holt one)and having much difficulty at the end cos' apparently the book was somewhat detached from the bind of the hard cover and I was actually risking the whole,thing,coming down on me and then I'd have to tape them all back.
But thankfully,it never happened.

So when I was fast asleep,I started having all these weird dreams(yeah,i have weird dreams all the time but trust me,these are really vivid and hell lot weirder.),whereby you could leave text messages and chat using your gameboy,regardless of the model.then there were parts where I was talking to the DJs from the radio about piercings but they were still at the station and I was literally talking to the radio.

And the best part of it all?I was constantly sleeping and waking up,then falling back asleep again in those dreams,which was exactly what I was doing in reality.

So screwed.

I finally got to change the background of my laptop.

Which means,no more star man and hello metro.

Went for my medical check-up for SP at jurong today.bumped into a number of people that are also there for their medical check-up.

The whole thing was pretty fast so i was done around half an hour later.


Walked to IMM with my mum and shopped around.bought a few tops,a belt,a pouch,a clock and a lamp.

I got so freaked by the girls doing promotion stuff for jean yip at the second level.like,they would just follow you and blabber non-stop about whatever promotions they have on.and after that i got a shock by the,over-passionate salesman in mini toons who couldn't stop promoting items.

Weird people in IMM.

I'm off to jump around the house again and then maybe get some dinner.
